FAQ Page

How can I keep my new parking area looking good?

Simply keeping your lot clean of debris will help and add years to its life. Contact your customer service representative for more information on preventative maintenance programs available to add years to your investment.

Why can I still see the cracks in the asphalt?

Sealer is not designed to fill cracks, it seals the bottom of the crack to protect the base. If seal is applied too thickly, it will become brittle and chip off.

How quickly can I get my lot striped?

Have a deadline? Let us know when we are quoting the job and we will make sure we do what we can to meet your deadline. Typically we schedule jobs within two weeks of a confirmed order.

How often should I have my parking lot sealed?

Industry experts recommend that commercial or residential asphalt pavements be seal coated every 2 to 5 years, depending on traffic and overall condition in order to reduce long-term maintenance expenses.

Can you paint over my existing lines?

Yes. Rejuvenating your existing lines is a cost effective way to maintain the look of your lot and is important for drivers. Faded lines makes it difficult for your customers to park and can create haphazard parking which results in losing valuable parking space.
